L Shaped Desks Door

Nov 8th

L shaped desks door is a specific door design that fits into a 90 degree angle, which is common for L-shaped desktops. People who have an L-shaped cabinet or shelf under the desk surface may want to hide the cabinet with a customized cabinet door for 90-degree corners. Although the project may seem difficult at first glance, custom-made L-shaped table doors can be built within a single day.

Instructions

Measure the dimensions of the corner cabinet frame and write the width and height numbers down. Measure the length of both corner cabinet openings, as the L shaped desks opening can differ in length. Include tripod panels in measurements length. Additionally, measure the overall height of the corner cabinet, including frame panels, so that the L-shaped corner door covers the panels after installation.

Lay down the plywood board so you can pull the two panels required for an L shaped desk door. Take the pen and a ruler to draw two panels. The panels must measure the total height and the respective width of the corner unit. Subtract 1/2 inch from the width of one of the door panels, so half-inch-thick patch panel does not change custom L-shaped cabinet door. Cut the two cabinet door panels with a table saw. Remove splits and cracks by grinding cut edges and surfaces with sandpaper.
